"how much" in Italian is "quanto"??
Could I pronounce "quanto e " into "quant`e"? sounds like quantie?and what is the difference between "when" and "how much" in Italian?
Who can explain this detaily... Maybe I need a vedio or something

Yes, in fact it is usually pronounced like that: quant' è , without the o. It sounds like quantè , no "i" in there! The "è" it's the same of "L' albero è verde".
Pay attention to the accent: e= and , è=is
