does "Harami" means Thief?
I was watching a kids cartoon, and there was a scene where the man says -"ana harami" and the subtitle said-"I'm a thief".
Later I checked google translate, it is saying the Arabic for the word "Thief" is "السارق (alssariq)".
Are they synonymous?
