Not in a great demand of sth. Can i say this : The quantity is small. ：）

Hi there!
If something is not in high demand it is better to say 'the demand is low.'
The word 'quantity' just talks about the amount of something. If you say 'the quantity is low' it just means 'the amount is low.'
