Very different
Only if you want to stress that it's very different.
So different
So very different
So much different sounds a bit odd to me in this sentence.

Hi! What you've written actually sounds pretty good, but I would say "Chinese rap is so different from English rap," or "Chinese rap is very different from English rap." I hope this helps!
