Can I use these both interchangeably?
We haven't heard from you in a while.

Both phrases imply not hearing from someone in recent past, so they are somewhat interchangeable.
But "We haven't heard your voice in a while" is more personal, and might be used between family or friends, while "We haven't heard from you in a while" is slightly more generic.
