1. 工作稳定: has a job that is stable/secure. One can do this job until his retirement, with very low probability to change job or to be fired.
稳定工作: It should be 稳定的工作. A stable/secure job.
2. The 用 here seldom appears without 不。 Together "不用" means "do not have/need to"
3. sailship. Or as a sport, sailing.

1. 工作稳定 can be roughly translated to My job is secure/stable. It probably means having a full time job.
On the other hand I haven't seen a lot of '稳定工作'. The meaning may depend on the context. It can mean simply 'a stable job'
2. ' I don't have to worry about making ends meet '
3. A yacht or a sailboat.
