She sounds like a native speaker. I'm American and I think she is fairly neutral. If I listen closely, she sounds a bit like some people in California.

She has no accent here. It's been trained out of her in acting training.

I am not American. But to my untrained ear she sounds very 'standard' to me: i.e. not southern or New York etc.
