非不在这里是双重否定。"非“和”不“要分开来看。“让你穿你非不穿”这个短语是一个否定性词语“不穿”和一个反语”非“语气连用而成，目的就是为了强调语气，带有责备的意思，责备不穿外套的这个人不听话，任性，让他做什么可他偏偏不做。
