I like to go hiking, swimming, and camping. In general I would say: わたしはハイキングをしたり、およいだり、キャンプにいったりするのが すきです。 or わたしはハイキングやすいえいやキャンプがすきです。 If you like only these three things: わたしはハイキングをすることと、およぐことと、キャンプにいくことがすきです。 or わたしはハイキングとすいえいとキャンプがすきです。 I hope this doesn't confuse you. The easiest way to discuss your interests in Japanese is to list them as your "hobbies." You can follow this form: 私の趣味は...です [watashi no shumi wa...desu]. Just add と [to] between each item in your list. You can also use the descriptor 好きです [suki desu] to say the things that you "like" but not necessarily that you "do." Here are some possible translations of your sentence: Suki form: 私はハイキングと水泳とキャンプグが好きです. [watashi wa haikingu to suiei to kampingu ga suki desu]. Shumi form 私の趣味はハイキングと水泳とキャンプグです.
