What does "by the curb" mean?
At 1:36 of this comedy show, the woman said she would "stomp your arse into the ground, America History X style, by the curb."

Does it mean "by the sidewalk"?

This refers to a very violent and grisly scene in the movie "American History X" where a man is killed by having his head smashed against the corner of a concrete curb. The speaker is probably not saying the she would do exactly that, just that she would beat the other person very badly.
