Neither..or
Can anyone help me make clear usage of " Neither ...or "
I took this from a comment " Neither "We have visited friend Saturday" or "We visited friend last Saturday" are completely correct. " yesterday. I were so confused about " Neither ...or " . I've learnt "Either...or " and " Neither ...nor" but never seen " Neither ...or " before.
Thanks ! :)

"Neither...or" is incorrect. It should have been "neither...nor". It was probably just a typo or a careless mistake. The difference between "or" and "nor" is so slight that it's the type of error that native speakers can sometimes make.
It's great that you spotted the error, especially because small words like prepositions and conjunctions can be challenging for non-native English speakers. Be sure, though, to also pay that kind of careful attention to verbs (which are arguably more important). In your post above, you wrote "I were so confused...." You should have written, "I WAS so confused...."

"Neither or" is not correct English.
If that was written by a native speaker, they must have made a typing error. Alternatively, because the "or" comes a few words after the "neither" maybe they forgot they should be using "neither nor" and turned it into "neither or" in error.

In general, "neither...nor" and "neither...or" mean the same thing. You will hear "neither...nor" in more formal conversations and "neither... or" more casually. "Nether....nor" is better, but you will hear both.
