what is a 반반한 얘가 full - 아, 2학년생 중에 생긴 것도 반반한 얘가 아싸처럼 군다는 애가 있다던데. translation say - Oh, there’s a sophomore who’s rumored to have an average look and acts like an outsider. I dont get a part "average look", is it correctly?

The translation is wrong. 반반하다(adj) means pretty good looking, or decent looking, not average looking. Also, 얘 in the original line is wrong. It should be 애, which is the same as 아이 (kid, guy, girl)..
