'I'm hungry' is correct. You could also say: 'I'm a bit hungry' - when you are hungry, but it's not urgent that you eat 'I'm a little hungry' - a more polite version 'I'm feeling a little hungry' - a more polite version 'I'm getting hungry' - if have just started to feel hungry 'I'm very hungry' 'I'm starving hungry' - you really need to eat soon!

Hi Helen, Yes 'I'm hungry' is correct. Other ways to say this are . . . "I'm starving" "I feel starving" "I'm fanished" " I feel famished" "I'm really hungry" "I feel really hungry" "I'm very hungry" "I feel very hungry" All of the above relate to being very hungry.

Hi Helen, Yes we can use 'How do you feel"? To ask if someone is hungry. But it is more commonly used to ask a general question? Usually we can ask a specific question like "Are you hungry"?
