Are both sentences OK? There isn't anything that I don't like about you. There's nothing that I don't like about you.

Americans (and probably other native speakers) would normally drop the "that" in both sentences, so: "There isn't anything I don't like about you." "There's nothing I don't like about you." Otherwise, both are A-okay.

Yes! These are both correct. I think it would be more common to hear the second one. Or maybe even to just say, "I love everything about you."
