You could say "The files are attached below." That's what I commonly write in my emails ^^

Another possibility: "Die Dateien finden Sie / findest Du  im Anhang."

Man könnte auch schreiben:

"Anbei sende ich Ihnen die Dateien."

Das ist eher förmlich, aber der Adressat weiß dann, dass im Anhang etwas für ihn sein muss.
