- "Since I've met you I've been perceiving from . . . " or " Since I've met you I perceived from . . . .'
- "You have great proficiency in English"
-"I'm sure of what I'm saying"

In the first sentence, you should write "Since I met you, I've perceived..."
The rest two are ok.
