kkot means flower(But we don't differentiate between the singular and plural in general, we say kkochi it-tta 꽃이 있다 when there're flowers.)
When a noun comes right before boda, boda means 'than'. So it would be 'Boys than flowers' but it's yet incomplete as you see.
Korean and Japanese people tend to speak implicitly, and omit the subject, even the object sometimes. When Jun-pyo is going to say he loves her to Jandi in the drama, they(Jun-pyo, Jandi) and we viewers clearly know who is speaking and listening. It'd be the time to omit the subject and object.
kkotppoda namja implies 'I like/love boys more than flowers' after all, it's the actual meaning in fact.

꽃 kkot mean flower
꽃보다 kkotboda means 'over flower'
There is a new Korean drama called kkotboda namja (꽃보다 남자)
namja 남자 means 'boy'
The drama is based from a famous Japanese comic book [manga]
and it means 'boys over flower' the same as the comic book title.
areumdaun 아름다운 means 'beautiful'
I'm not certain but I'm 99% sure it's correct.
