"We are also most certainly being mocked." Or "We are also being mocked in a most contemptuous way." どちらほうがいいですか？
もの is this like a personal こと here referring to their being mocked? Or is it referring to themselves that they are 舐められた人 ?

もの：original meaning: "unmovable presence ('IT' is here!)"
it turned to:
- thing: 物
- person(impolite)：者
- monster: 物の怪、化け物(*)
- way of the world: 「子供は勉強するものだ」
- fate: 「人の命は限りあるもの」
「だって私、女優になるんだもの」
- thing fixed:
「だって私、天才だもの」
- emotional decision fixed: 「私、やる。だってそう決めたんだもの！」
≓「私、やるもん！」 （もん ＝ もの）
- fixed status:
「ずいぶん舐められたものですな」
we are in the status of "ずいぶん舐められた", aren't we?
（They think they can 'ずいぶん舐める' us, don't they? Huh?)
