わからなくもない ってどういう意味ですか？
わからない と同じ意味でしょうか？
あと、"わからないでもないけど"は英語で言うと、its not like I dont understand though" ですかね？

【わからない、というほどでもない】
つまり、完全に同意できるほどでもないけれども、分かる。ということです。
I can't agree completely, but anywsys I understand.

「分からない」と同じ意味ではないですね。
英語では以下のような表現になるようです。
I can't say I don't know.
I won't say I don't know.
I somewhat know about that.
I'm not sure I know that hundred percent.
