The meaning of "can't you do your homework until tomorrow" is can't you start/continue your homework and then keep doing it for the rest of the day up to tomorrow- that's a lot of homework.
Did you mean "can't you wait until tomorrow to do your homework?" You could also say "can't you do your homework tomorrow instead?"
