is this correct? 'give away me a smile' or how do you say 'regaleme una sonrisa' in english. I mean: give me a smile as a gift

nope........... "Give me a smile" is common - like when asking someone to smile before taking their picture. however, a person could say "give away a smile" though this would not be very common.
