What are the differences of these phrases with "rest"? 1. Have some rest. 2. Take some rest. 3. Get some rest. 4. Have a rest. 5. Take a rest. 6. Get a rest. To avoid this, can I just say "You should go rest" instead of above?

6 is the only one that doesn't sound natural. The rest are OK, but as Jeanie said some are better. There is no real difference between them. You could say that 'a rest' strictly means one period of rest, but that is being really picky.
