Thank you Martin, Shiv and Joe. I like all your suggestions. Tiger mom and mama bear were known to me, also 'overprotective mother'. I guess I was deceived by a German-English creation (Denglish) 'Panzermutter', but I am not sure and cannot find something similar in the depths of the Internet...
