How do you say ‘take care of yourself’ ?
I am aware that there are multiple ways to say this, such as prenditi cura di te or abbi, etc. But how would you say is as an expression or reminder to yourself? Not others. Can you please help?

as a reminder to oneself I would say: "Ricorda di prenderti cura di te" hope it helps :)

Not really a codified expression, the most common is "Abbi cura di te" which however sounds a bit too formal, we also say "Curati" which could however sound harsh, so people informally prefer "Stammi bene" (= let me think you are taking care of yourself). Bye

Spero di aver capito bene la domanda, io ad esempio direi: "devo prendermi più cura di me stessa", come se fosse un proposito o una buona intenzione.
