Completely new perspective
In the phrase "completely new perspective", what are the various parts of speech? If "perspective " is a noun, and "new" is an adjective, can "completely" be an adverb? If not an adverb, what part of speech is "completely" in this sentence?

Adverb. An adverb describes a verb.
According to my grammar section of a Russian book "An adverb is a word that supplies additional information about a verb, an adjective or another adverb. It usually indicates time, or manner, or place or degree...." and so on.
