Don’t forget to add a spoon___ of sugar, and some milk. Hello! In Don’t forget to add a spoon___ of sugar, and some milk. the answer is "spooful". I was wondering is it correct to say simply, "Don’t forget to add a spoon of sugar, and some milk." Without adding a suffix -ful to "spoon".

Yes, we'd understand 'a spoon of sugar' to mean the same as 'a spoonful of sugar' (note the single 'l').

Just saying "spoon" sounds odd to me, but then I'm American. ;-) You can say things like, "Please spoon some sugar in," using spoon as a verb. However, that doesn't tell a person the specific amount. It could be half a spoonful, it could be four.
