A idiom to describe "think too far ahead"
I know there is a phrase or idiom to say that you are thinking too far ahead.
e.g. They are already decorating a baby's room, but she has not even get pregnant yet. They are really "think too far ahead".
I remember I learned the phrase before, but I just can't remember it.
Does anyone know what the phrase is?
Thank you.

You are “getting ahead of yourself”. Or putting the cart before the horse.
