¥222.00 二百二十二块， 两百二十二块
¥30.60 三十块零六毛 （Yes, you do.）
¥100.10 一百块零一毛 （Yes, you do.）
I just consulted my dictionary on when to use 零 here. According to my dictionary, 零 should used in expressions of time, age, weight, etc. between two different denominations (in this case, 块 and 毛）
