B. You two are cute individually, and thus look cute together
C. You two seem to be in love, and thus look "cute" in the sense the love is cute
2. What does "you two both look cute" mean?
A. You two both physically look cute

2 and 3 are the same
Bananas and lemons.
These two are both yellow.
These two are very yellow.
= These two are yellow.
You two are both cute.
You two are very cute.
=These two are cute.
You two look cute together. = You look cute as a couple (together).
*But doesn't necessarily mean the two are a couple. For example you're teasing your friends because you think they can be a couple, you say: Why won't you date her? You two look cute together.
Shoes and socks.
These two both look cute. = The shoes are cute. The socks are cute.
These two look cute together. = If you wear that shoes and socks together, it's cute.
