In English then my (bad) Italian at the bottom:

Hi There

I'm emailing to find out if there are any under 26 year old discounts for the opera / ballet.

Also are there any discounts (buy on the day tickets) e.g. in London you can line up 2 hours before to see if there are any spare tickets sold at a reduction.

Any information / advice would be appreciated

Sto inviando questo email per cercare alcuni biglietti ridotti per sotto 26.

Anche, ci sono alcuni sconti di estate ad esempio a Londra si puo formare una fila prima di mostra, per biglietti 'on the day' venduto al ridotto.

Alcun' informazioni sarebbe molto apprezzare.

Quando scrivi una lettera formale è bene iniziare dicendo 
«Gentili Signori».
Ti scrivo le correzioni:
«Gentili Signori,
Vi scrivo per sapere se ci sono riduzioni di prezzo per i giovani con età inferiore ai 26 anni.
Vorrei anche sapere se è possibile acquistare a prezzo ridotto, poche ore prima dello spettacolo, eventuali biglietti non venduti.
A Londra noi possiamo acquistarli due ore prima dello spettacolo.
In attesa di un Vostro riscontro.
