It means, "Are we still getting together as we planned earlier ?"
Maybe you've arranged to meet friends at a football game, but now you're not sure if everyone is still coming as planned. So, you ask if everyone is still coming as organised earlier, "Are we still meeting together?".
You are just checking that a planned meeting ( at a restaurant/party/anywhere) is still happening. You ask because you think maybe something has changed and you don't want to arrive and no one is there.
