How to say without mistakes. Movements of human body. Hello. I need help with calling simple movements in English. Sometimes I need to direct to someone. I mean general movements for a whole body and for parts of body. For example: stend up, sit down, lie down, sit up, jump, run, walk etc. Bending, sidebending, extension etc. For parts of body: rise your arm, bend your arm etc - all possible movements for arms, legs, neck, spine when a person is standing, sitting and laying. Thank you so much for your help. Exactly I understand clearly that my question is very large, but Google can't answer me without mistakes. Have a good day!

If you are instructing someone then everything you wrote is correct. They sound like something a doctor would say to a patient. They are commands, so they don't need to be long sentences. It is the tone of your voice which will give them a different feeling. Doctor examines a patient... "Hello Doctor, I have a pain in my abdomen" "Ok, please lie down here....raise your arms above your head...cough loudly...OK...put your arms back down to your side...turn on your side and bring your knees up to your chest" Prison guard... "LIE DOWN.....LIE ON YOUR STOMACH...PUT YOUR HANDS ABOVE YOUR HEAD" Both the doctor and the prison guard are giving orders, but the guard is much louder and abrupt, and he doesn't say please or OK.
