What's a more formal, polite form of "I will sue the hell out of you until you have nothing"
What are a more polite but strong phrase to say something like "I will sue the hell out of you until you have nothing"?

"I will take you to court and the financial consequences for you will be severe."
It's still not a friendly statement :) but reasonably polite.

There isn’t a particular saying for this. Commonly said:
I will see you in court.
I’ll have my day in court.
