*Je = I 
*m' = ( a contracted "me" because the word ends in a vowel and is followed by a another word starting with a vowel "appele" ).
me= me 
*s'appeler = together means ' to be called'

You could also say :
Mon nom est Aditya 
Mon = my
nom= name 
est = is
