Is this sentence used only in business contexts?

That phrase doesn't mean anything, and it isn't used in any context.
The nearest correct phrase I can think of is "Will you keep me company?", which means "Will you stay with me (so that I'm not bored or lonely)?". For example, if your friend has to sit for a long time in a hospital waiting room, you could stay by his side to chat with him and cheer him up. That is an example of keeping someone company.
It has nothing to do with the business meaning of 'a company'.
