What is different between 晚上好and 晚安？ can I use both in same situation?

😊. They are different. Cannot be used in the same situation.  
 If you're going to bed, I can say 晚安 to you，  晚安= have a good dream. 
  If we chat or meet at night, I can say 晚上好.
