My best guess:
"Baby (presumably the speaker/texter's girlfriend) wants me not to text anymore."
"if do" - I have no idea what this part might mean.
"So I promised (Baby?) that I won't text again."
I don't understand your heading - what do you mean by "Leftist English?"
