How fast do you have to go to keep up with the sun so you're never in darkness?

If you are near the North or South Pole, you would not have to go fast at all.
At the equator, the Earth revolves at between 1000-1050 miles per hour, so you'd have to go about that fast, although there are few other factors to take into account.
Between the equator and the poles the earth spins at about 700-800 miles per hour.
