~노라 ending?
I was reading a blog and came across this grammar structure:
"어깨도 함들었노라
눈도 피곤했노라"
What would the 노라 ending be? 한국어로 아니면 영어로 설명해 주시면 되요!! 감사하다고 미리 말씀 드리겠습니다~

'-노라' is a special sentence ending form which declares something with a strong conviction and emotion. Nowadays it is only used in artistic expressions.
Examples:
- 왔노라, 보았노라, 이겼노라 = "We came, we saw, we conquered" (translation of a Latin phrase).
- "가노라 삼각산아, 다시 보자 한강수야 ..." = I am leaving you, Mt. 삼각, and I'll see you again Hangang. (a 시조 from the 17th century)
