“Deal!” Is this word often used in spoken English when people make agreements in real life?
For example, when two people negociate for something and reach a consensus, will they say "deal".
is this a native way to speak?

Sure! We use this among our close friends or in casual situations.

Yes, but it is mostly used casually. It would be odd to finish an official contract negotiation with "deal".

There's even an older American TV game show called "Deal or No Deal?"

Yes, this is used all the time and sometimes goes along with a handshake. Also used is "It's a done deal!" to mean the same thing. Or, "You've got yourself a deal!"

Yes, this is correct.
e.g.
'If you trade in your old car, I will sell you the new car for $10,000.'
'Okay, you've got a deal.'
