Hello, I m french, my explanation is : "un sandwich AU thon" is a sandwich with thon and other ingredients in contrary with "une salade DE poulet'' which means a salade with only poulet. For me this last sentence is not correct, in french I say " Une salade de poulet". Have a nice day. ;-)
