Hi Alina!
To value: means to place worth/meaning to something, often monetary, but value can be personal as well.
To guess and to estimate mean almost the same thing, to make a supposition about something. Guess is usually more open ended, while estimate can imply more knowledge. Context matters. If you were at a trivia night your team would likely make lots of 'guesses' for the answers but you wouldn't make 'estimations'. In a professional setting you'd hope that your doctor would estimate that you had at least 10 years to live, rather than guess. In both of these scenarios one could definitely say "the trivia group estimates that there are 50 US States for question 12" or "the Doctor guessed he had 7 years to live", and grammatically would be correct, but the other option is favourable. "Estimate" also needs a quantity, one can estimate something else's height, weight, age or even less tangible aspects like their need (a teacher could estimate their student's academic need, for instance), but you cannot estimate colours, gender, race, citizenship etc. E.g. "I guessed that her eyes were blue" is correct. "I estimated that her eyes were blue" is wrong.
These three words are most similar when talking about monetary values:
"Ed values the car at $500"
"Ed estimates that the car is worth $500"
"Ed guesses that the car is worth $500"
Here note that we don't need to use "worth" in the sentence that includes "value", because the concept of worth is introduced by virtue of using "value". In this example all 3 could be used interchangeably, but the 3rd subtly implies less knowledge or less ownership in the situation. The first 2 imply Ed is involved in selling or buying the car, while the 3rd conjures up an idea that he has been asked how much he thinks the car is worth and took a stab at it, perhaps on a game show. Similarly, a child (someone with very little knowledge about anything) wouldn't value or estimate a car's worth, but guess - something crazy like $10.

to value: good feelings or emotions towards an object, idea, or person; the exact cost/price of something
ex. I value the time I spend with my family. She values her life. The piano has a value of $5,000. The house is valued at $543,600
to guess: when someone is not sure of the answer, but they think something might be right
ex. I guess that her favorite color is purple since she has purple school supplies. I guess the correct answer. I guess I would like the new dish because I like the ingredients in it.
to estimate: when you're not sure of an answer, but you give one (very similar to "to guess", except this refers to numbers and things that can be counted or quantified)
ex. I estimated the amount of money I needed to buy the car. I estimate that I need 4 gallons of paint for the room.

Guess and estimate basically mean the same thing. You could say that estimate is a more formal/professional way of saying guess.
To value means to calculate the financial worth of an item. It also means to give a level of importance to something. For example, "I value her opinion" means that her opinion is important to you.
Hope this helps :)
