I just can't get interested in cooking at all... but I like food! :) :) :)
Since you're asking for a recipe I'll give you one I used to do ... must have been in another life... ;) :)
Cake salé au jambon et aux olives:
4 eggs
1 cup of olive oil
1 glass of white wine
250 g of flour
some raising powder
100 g of cheese, preferably gruyère
gamon ham (cut in squares)
150 g of bacon
150 g of green olives (without the stone)
a pinch of salt
pepper
Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Mix well the other
ingredients. Carefully add the whites. Pour into a cake tin. Cook for about an
hour.
And the good news is... if I was able to make it (without burning it for once) you will most certainly be too. ;) :D

Hi I love cooking. (You should ask the second question as 'What is your favourite food to cook?).
I really like to make Indian panneer. It's a kind of cheese that is very easy to make. We use it in many dishes.
Here is the recipe to make a little:
take 1 L of full fat milk. (You can also use milk powder made into milk).
Bring the milk slowly to the boil. Make sure you don't burn it.
As soon as it starts boiling add the juice of a lemon and keep stirring the mixture to make sure it doesn't burn.
The mixture will make lumps.
Then drain it through a cheese cloth to collect the lumps of cheese. Add a bit of salt through it too.
Press it and leave it for 10 minutes. It will be ready to eat.
You can use it in a curry as a replacement for meat or you can cut it up into small cubes and fry it in some tumeric and curry powder with salt.
You can add pepper corns, coriander seeds and garlic to the mix as you strain it and serve it as a separate dish.
