Tiocfaidh ár lá
Is this phrase used in any way in daily live? I mean in an only patriotoc way to greet each other. Or is it only used for this militant IRA-stuff?
I know that there is (was?) a football fanzine of Celtic Glasgow named Tiocfaidh ár lá, but I have no idea, if this phrase has any meaning to irish people, that is not directly related to the IRA.

Tiocfaidh Ár Lá was a slogan of the Irish against the British. It means "Our day will come." It's not used outside of the IRA and a historical reference.
