'Am I fired?'
The other two should be 'Will I be fired?' and 'Have I been fired?' respectively.

Am I fired? .....is the correct version.....present passive
I am sorry to hear that you 'got fired'.....past
or
I got fired?......past ( informal American English)
Is it true that I am 'to be fired'?.................future.
