@ james: He meant in Romanji type of writing :-p
Good morning: おはようございます- ohayou gozai masu
Good night: おやすみなさい - oyasuminasai
and also:
Thank you: ありがとうございます arigatou gozaimasu
Your welcome: どういたしまして - douitashimashite
Sorry: ごめんなさい - gomeNnasai
Congratulations: おめでとうございます - omedetou gozai masu
See you later: じゃ、また - ja, mata
