Hello,
That would be a very peculiar language, because it doesn't exist, it is rather a mixture of different languages.
"I" is English and means the first personal pronoun referring to oneself.
"ane" could be a Scottish word for 'one'.
'enamorate de ti' is Spanish and means 'fall in love with you'

From the previous answers I figured out another interpretation:
This guy speaking is a native Spanish speaker and he doesn't know how to speak English ,just few words..
He is telling that to a native English speaking girl and he is quite funny and spontaneous so he knows " I " and mistake " am" for "ane"
and since he doesn't know how to say ' i love you or i fell in love with you " in English, he continues in his mother tongue " enamorate de ti"
I am in love with you
I ane enamorate de ti ....

It sounds as if you are trying to say, I am enamored of you [ I love you]
