the different between: "There is no doubt" and "there is no doubting", sometime the ing confuse me.

there is no doubting - is incorrect form. Doubt is rarely used with "ing" form because if memory serves it is the state verb.

"There is no doubt" can stand alone. Here, doubt is an abstract noun. "There is no doubting" needs something to follow: "There is no doubting that..." Here, you have present progressive form, usually suggestion that the action of doubt is happening now. It is possible to use "doubt" in present progressive (= to be doubting smth), but as Mike points out, it is a static verb. So this is an uncommon use; so it's much safer to use "there can be no doubt (that...)".
