relatıve clauses hi eveybody cant understand where i must use the relatıve clauses ı dont know when htey can ommıted please help me thanks

Eliot is right: it is much too general. However, one example of a relative clause is what we call an undefined relative clause. This is where we add extra, non-essential information to a sentence. We begin and end this extra information/clause with commas, and use the determiner "which." Example: Istanbul, which was formerly known as Constantinople, is a very large city.
