A pair of high heel shoes or a pair of high heels? Are there any difference between them? Thank you!

Actually high heel shoes is not correct. We say high-heeled shoes. High-heeled is the adjective to describe something with high heels. Or you can just say 'high heels' (without shoes after)!!
